This is the moment shelves in a supermarket booze aisle suddenly collapse just as a man walks by.

The incident took place in a Pyaterochka supermarket in the urban locality of Miloslavskoye in the district of Miloslavsky located in the western Russian region of Ryazan Oblast.

In the CCTV footage, a shopper is seen walking through the alcohol aisle in a large supermarket.

Just as he passes a section of beers and wines, the shelving starts to collapse and hundreds of bottles end up smashing on the supermarket floor.

Reports said that over half of the bottles in the section were damaged, however, no one was hurt in the incident.

Netizens had a lot to say about the unusual incident, with ‘RikkiHu1ki’ commenting: “I know this supermarket, it is impossible to somehow hit the wall and make it shake. I think the shelves were simply overloaded with products.”

‘Edrenkin7777’ said: “Accidents like this happen when people save money on buying decent shelving.”

‘GirlNorth’ wrote: “That dude must have a guardian angel!”

There have been no further updates on how much damage was caused by the apparently overloaded shelves at the supermarket.
