This is the moment a summer-loving biker speeds along a city street with a handlebar-mounted fan blasting cool air in his face and a white deck chair on the back of his motorbike.

The practically-minded motorcyclist was filmed in the southern Turkish province of Adana and the footage was posted on social media where it has been widely shared.

In the clip, the biker is seen riding along the road with a plastic garden chair on the back as the desk fan blows cold air in his face.

According to local media, the incident took place on a day that recorded temperatures of 47 degrees Celsius (116 degrees Fahrenheit).

Despite not wearing a helmet in the footage, the inventive biker fixed a fan to the handlebars to help cool off from the extreme temperatures.

According to reports, the inventive motorcyclist also added an additional seat to his bike by fixing a plastic garden chair to the back.

The incident was filmed by another road user and shared online. Netizen ‘Mustafa Pasa’ commented: “That is Adana! It does not surprise anyone here to see such a thing!”

‘Mavi Yesildunya’ said: “If he continues like he is, that bike will soon turn into a one-bedroom flat. I see great potential in him!”
