This is the moment a stunning Mexican TV presenter in high heels falls down some stairs during the filming of her show – leaving her co-hosts worried as she lies on the floor.

TV hostess and soap opera actress Cynthia Urias fell down the stairs during the shooting of the TV program she presents in Mexico, ‘Cuentamelo Ya’ (Tell Me Now).

The TV program shared the video of the fall on its official Instagram account and wrote: “Accidents happen and unfortunately, ‘cynthiaurias’ experienced that herself, during shooting, the host fell down the stairs of the ‘Cuentamelo Ya’ set.”

In the video, Urias can be seen standing on the edge of one of the stairs in a pair of high heels when she suddenly loses her balance.

The host then crashes to the ground and her co-hosts and producers rush to help her as she lies still on the floor.

According to local media, her co-hosts on the TV programme were very worried as it appeared that she had fainted when she fell to the floor. However, reports state the host was left uninjured in the incident.

Netizens showed their concern for Urias’ condition such Dominican Republic Miss World 2013 Joely Bernat who wrote on Instagram: “Omg ‘cynthiaurias’ are you alright ?????? Really?”
