The student had reportedly posted an ad on the internet in which she offered her virginity for USD 2,000 (GBP 1,408).

The 37-year-old man responded to the ad, and following a month of getting to know each other, allegedly involving hand-in-hand strolls and restaurant dinners, the pair ‘completed the deal’ at a hotel room close to the Novogireyevo Moscow Metro station in the east of the Russian capital on 12th May.

Following the deed, the man reportedly told the young woman he had no money to pay her, and offered her a brand new iPhone 12 Pro, worth around RUB 100,000 (GBP 955), instead, which she reportedly accepted.

However, after returning home, the young woman discovered the phone was fake and subsequently contacted the police.

The police are reportedly investigating the incident.
