Student Attacked Over Uni Library AC Seat In 37C Heat

This is the moment a hot and bothered student attacks one of his peers and hits him over a seat in an air-conditioned university library as temperatures reached 37 degrees Celsius.

The footage was taken at Qilu University of Technology in Jinan, capital of East China’s Shandong Province, where summertime temperatures soaring to heights of 37 degrees Celsius.

The students named as Zhang Hao and Zhang Liyuan – no relation – are seen standing next to a desk where the last remaining seat in the library is.

Zhang Hao – dressed in a black top – is said to have requested the seemingly empty space, but the other student said he had been holding it for a friend.

The disagreement on 24th July escalators when Zhang Hao slaps the other university student on the face, the video shows.

The otherwise quiet library descends into chaos as the two young men begin wrestling each other across the room, pushing aside tables and chairs.

A statement by the university said Zhang Hao had initiated the fight, and that it was not the first time he had been involved in a physical altercation with another student.

They have blacklisted him from the library and given him a formal warning.

Reports said the two students had settled the matter among themselves, with no charges pressed.
