A stepdad from Germany has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment for pimping out his underaged daughter to dozens of truck drivers on motorways in return for a pack of Winston cigarettes and GBP 4 in cash.
Electrician Thomas S., 49, from the German city of Schweinfurt in the state of Bavaria who started pimping out his stepdaughter named Lisa to truck drivers when she was nine was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment on Thursday (20th May).
The 49-year-old man said the girl “wanted an e-bike” and told her she would not get one unless she approached truck drivers and offered them sexual services.
In exchange, he asked for EUR 5 (GBP 4) and a pack of “Winston” cigarettes.
The court however heard it was more to do with his own sick sexual fantasies, which is why he also insisted on filming what went on using his iPhone.
Thomas S. was arrested after a truck driver alarmed the police that he saw the 49-year-old man offering the minor’s sexual services to three other truck drivers on the Autobahn 70 motorway.
The court heard that the girl had been abused by many different truckers on different occasions and the man had pleaded guilty.
Three days before the arrest the girl was abused by Romanian truck driver Hartmut N., 50, in the A71 parking lot in the community of Lauertal.
The perverted stepfather contacted the truck driver after he saw a card at the rest station with the truckers number and the message “would you like to give me a blow job” and sold out his daughter for some cash and a pack of Winston cigarettes.
Hartmut N. who was also arrested is currently awaiting his trial on 26th May.
Thomas S. admitted all 72 charges against him during the trial in the Schweinfurt District Court on Thursday 20th May, but claimed that Lisa who is now 12 years old was the one to come up with the idea of persuading truck drivers in motorway parking areas.
To that judge Angelica Drescher replied: “Words fail me.”
The girl’s biological mother Brigitte K., 39, who lived in the Bad Kissingen spa town in the state of Bavaria was aware of what was happening and she was also arrested. She allegedly approved all of her partner’s abusive acts.
Prosecutor Seuffert said the couple had tried to justify their action by saying it was for her good: “They [Thomas and the child’s biological mother] wanted to raise the child to be self-confident, and to get her used to walk naked in the apartment in order to have fun exploring her own body in the future.”
She allegedly also forced the girl when she was nine to watch her and Thomas S. have sex while laying next to them in bed.
The child, who was placed in an orphanage, testified at the trial at her own request.
She is currently undergoing therapy due to the traumatic events she experienced, and the court heard that following her traumatic upbringing she was now “emotionally unstable” and in need of a lot of help.
