A pervert who managed to take thousands of videos and pictures going back to 2018 by holding his mobile phone under women’s skirts has finally been arrested.

Two separate CCTV images show the man carefully switching on the flashlight before sticking the phone under the skirts of women as they bend over while standing facing away from him. He then snaps his image or video.

The images were reportedly taken in Rong County, which is part of China’s Sichuan Province, where alert security staff spotted what he was doing on the CCTV images and called the police.

The man was arrested and an incredible eight gigabytes of images were found on his camera. Shocked cops then took him to be questioned at the police station, where he made a full confession on the basis of the evidence found on his phone.

The video that he was arrested for was taken in a bathroom fittings and fixtures store, and police identified the man as Mr Wu, aged 27, who they said was from Rongxian County.

They said that he had been looking on WeChat to identify attractive saleswomen and had then been visiting their workplaces, where he would wait for moments when they were engaged with running the store in order to snatch either a video or photograph under their skirts.

In a statement obtained by Newsflash, a Rong County Public Security official said that women should take care in the summer and should pay attention to protecting their personal privacy in public places and also watch out for the safety of others because of the risk of being photographed by people like Mr Wu.
