Delgado, who is wearing in-ear headphones, can be seen slapping the partially-dressed man several times, including when the elderly man gets entangled in his headphone cords.

Delgado is heard telling him: “You’re a f*cking idiot. Like really, how stupid are you?” He then shouts “get up” at him, slaps him, and forcefully pulls him out of his wheelchair.

According to prosecutors, Delgado punched the man in the stomach several times as well.

When the footage came to light, cops arrested Delgado.

During his hearing, which was conducted online, he was apparently remorseful as he pled guilty to two counts of elder abuse and one count of battery on a person over 65 years of age.

Delgado said during proceedings: “If I can just say one thing, I just wanted to apologise. I understand that the victim’s son is here and I just wanted to apologise to him.”
