Shock Moment Driver Rams Two Women And Toddler In Pushchair On Zebra Crossing

This is the shocking moment a driver rams two women and a toddler in a pushchair on a zebra crossing in Russia.

The accident was filmed on Berezovaya Street in the town of Vidnoye in the Russian region of Moscow Oblast on 3rd November.

In the footage, the three victims are seen walking on the zebra crossing and pausing as a minibus attempts to make a left turn.

While stationary on the crossing, a people carrier suddenly turns right from the opposite direction and fails to stop at the crossing.

The vehicle rams both women and the pushchair, sending them flying across the road.

The blonde woman in a brown top is seen sitting up straight away while the other woman lies motionless in the middle of the road.

Meanwhile, a passerby lifts up the toddler from beneath a parked car and places the child on the ground.

The driver gets out of the people carrier and holds his head in his hands in apparent shock at the sight of the injured victims on the ground.

The blonde woman checks on the motionless victim before limping over to hug the toddler.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow Oblast confirmed that the Public Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation into the incident.

The news site Life said the child is two years old and another victim was 17 years old with no further details given on the other woman. Tsargrad TV reported that the older woman was mother to a 12-year-old daughter and a three-year-old child.

The local authorities have not released details on the victims’ identities.
