This Russian WAG has offered to help the bodybuilder known as ‘Popeye’ who injected his biceps with synthol oil and is now faces having his arms amputated.

Stunning WAG Alana Mamaeva dedicates her time to helping victims of botched cosmetic treatments and she reached out to 22-year-old Kirill Tereshin after the Russian bodybuilder appealed for donations to help save his deteriorating arms.

Tereshin, dubbed ‘Popeye’ due to his beach ball-like biceps hanging off his otherwise skinny frame, told Central European News (CEN) in an exclusive interview last month that he is trying to raise cash to save his deteriorating arms.

He said: “In the beginning, I wanted to inject synthol oil into other parts of my body, but then the problems started and I stopped using it.”

The synthol injections reportedly caused tissue fibrosis followed by necrosis, seriously affecting his health, and doctors warned Tereshin earlier this year that he may end up with his arms being amputated.

Gorgeous WAG Mamaeva, who is married to FC Krasnodar midfielder Pavel Mamayev – who was jailed in May for assaulting a trade ministry official and a chauffeur during a drunken night out with pals – has appealed for help on Instagram where she boasts 120,000 followers.

She wrote: “Let’s help this guy restore his arms. Sadly, many specialists have refused to help him, but I am sure that I can find a surgeon to take on this complicated case.”

Mamaeva works with victims of botched cosmetic procedures and reportedly knows a number of medical specialists personally.

Tereshin’s manager told CEN: “Alana called us and invited us to her home. She did a live Instagram stream while we were with her. She knows a lot of good doctors, some of the best in Russia, and is certified herself in this field.

“Her streams are often watched by doctors and several contacted us offering their services after the broadcast.”

According to his manager, Tereshin will undergo treatment after he leaves hospital where he recently had an operation on his varicose veins.
