This is the saucy reality TV star who has bum implants removed after suffering health issues and is now warning others against going under the knife.

Colombian businesswoman and celebrity Yina Calderon posted a photo of her bruised behind following surgery on Instagram for her 580,000 followers.

She wrote alongside: “Now I do not have a curvy bum, but I have my health and that is most important.”

Calderon claimed that she underwent the implant procedure three years ago but soon started to suffer with health issues.

The reality star, who has reportedly undergone 17 cosmetic procedures, said that she had the bum boost because she lacked self-esteem.

She warned others: “I hope to serve as an example that in this f*cking life you should never have anything injected into you.

“We should say not to strange substances in our bodies, do what I suggest and say no.

“This poison kills and it hurts a lot. Thank God for my family, boyfriend and the surgeon for being in this difficult situation with me.”

Calderon added: “It hurts a lot, but I only have one option – to keep moving on. I do not want you to go through the same thing.

“There are some women who undergo the procedure (implant removal) and are left looking super cool, but others have to repeat the surgery two or three times to get all the rubbish out.”
