Sexy Spanish reality star Patricia Steisy has tested Instagram’s strict censorship rules with this eye-popping naked snap by the poolside.

The 27-year-old former hairdresser and stripper shared the raunchy snap on Instagram for her 840,000 followers where it has been ‘liked’ 70,000 times.

In the near-the-knuckle post, the reality star of ‘Survivor Spain’ is seen stretched out by the side of a swimming pool while only wearing a pair of sunglasses.

With her legs akimbo, Steisy uses the paint tool to obscure most of her nipples and lady parts.

Alongside the photo, the curvy blonde wrote: “My head is spinning and I have had enough of Instagram after they remove photos they say do not comply with their rules but then I see the same photos on other people’s profiles.

“What happens when they are very famous, do they suddenly comply?

“I am fed up with women censuring nipples when men don’t, I am fed up with not being able to share the photos I want as I don’t feel completely free and I’ve already said this kind of thing before.

“I have decided to launch an ‘Only Fans’ page with my guy where we can upload photos that we cannot on Instagram. Call it freedom of expression, porn, poor taste, vulgar, whatever you want.

“The fact is, if you want to see more photos like this without censorship, you can visit our Only Fans account.”

Last week, Spanish actress Cristina Pedroche also criticised Instagram after they removed a photo of her celebrity-chef hubby David Munoz groping her boobs.

She defiantly reposted the image with the message: “They [Instagram] took down this photo so I am posting it again. Let’s see how long it lasts…

“We are entering a sad world of censorship.”
