This is the moment a tough-looking Ukrainian shopper beats up another man using a sausage because he was not wearing a face mask.

The incident was filmed at an ATB supermarket near the Ukrainian capital Kiev and the footage was posted on social media on 21st June where it has been widely circulated by netizens.

In the video, the stocky shopper is seen paying for his sausage at the counter while shouting something to a man near the entrance.

He struts over to the man, seen not wearing a face mask, and manhandles him out of the supermarket.

After he bundles the slight man out of the store, he then whacks him around the face with his sausage.

The stocky shopper says some words and turns to leave, however, as soon as his back is turned the man without a mask boots the heavyset shopper’s back, but instantly falls off the wall and lands flat on his face.

The stocky shopper then belts the man with his sausage twice before inspecting the damage to his savoury snack.

At the end of the clip, he is seen apparently punching the man to the ground.

According to local media, the heavyset shopper noticed the man not wearing a mask, which is mandatory in closed spaces, and reacted angrily.

It is unclear whether the victim was injured and whether the police are investigating the matter.

Netizen ‘Brain Desconocido’ commented: “That is not a blunt instrument, that is a smoked, savoury weapon.”

‘Aleksey Ivanov’ said: “Tell me how I can compensate the man for the sausage, I’m willing to buy the most expensive one around to send to him!”
