Cops have arrested this ‘sadist’ for allegedly sexually enslaving over 170 women including eight minors, raping many of them and forcing some to have sex with animals.
Roney Schelb, 32, was arrested in the town of Juatuba in the south-eastern Brazilian state of Minas Gerais on suspicion of raping over 100 women in 11 states and the Federal District of Brazil.
Prosecutors claim Schelb created false profiles on social media where he would pretend to be a “sugar daddy” and promised to pay between 4,000 and 10,000 BRL (743 and 1,859 GBP) for intimate photos of women.
Once the photos were sent, Schelb would allegedly blackmail the women who sent them, saying he would show them to their friends, family and workmates if they did not do as he asked.
He would then either force them to travel to the state of Minas Gerias or he would travel where they lived to rape them, according to prosecutors.
Chief inspector Magno Machado Oliveira claims that the suspect was a sadist who even made some of the women have sexual relations with animals.
He would allegedly make the victims sign a contract saying “I want to surrender myself completely to you as your slave. I want you to use me in any way you want.
“I am willing to do everything you order me to. And to fulfil the punishment in the case that I disobey you. I will eternally be your slave.”
The investigator says the contract has “no form of practical, legal foundation”.
One of the victims reported the suspect to the Cybercrimes Unit and officers then raided his home, arresting him and allegedly finding files on 173 female victims.
One victim, who was not named, told investigators: “He wanted to have sex with me all day, even though I didn’t want to. I couldn’t even tell my best friend. Because if he found out I was telling people, he could go behind my back.”
He reportedly forced the women to have sex without protection. Investigator Oliveira said the suspect also carried out “virtual rape”, saying “it is called that because the women were forced to have sex with third parties or practice sex with animals, record those videos and send them to Roney”.
Eight minors are reportedly among the victims and the suspect has denied all the accusations,
He will reportedly be charged with multiple counts of rape and sexual abuse through fraud. The investigation is ongoing but it is unclear the number of counts of each charge he will be charged with.
