Russian police have mixed up business and pleasure with a trendy online challenge to promote health and well being and the result are some amazing videos.

For several months, hundreds of thousands of people have been changing their images on
social networks on videos while doing different activities.

These policemen in Stavropol city, located in the south east of Russia, have now joined the world challenge “Our choice is to be in shape” while they worked out on Monday this week. (9 November)

The videos are from policemen from the Main Department Of The MIA Of Russia For The Stavropol Region and show different policemen being creative on how they work and play.

One of the employees of the teaching staff of the Police Department No. 1 of the Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia demonstrated his passion for sports by hitting a punch bag and kicking it hard.

Another participant of the challenge does some deadlifting before switching to police officer mode.

Another two videos video show that two cops prefer to be in good physical shape playing football with friends in a field.

The inspector for minors of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Zheleznovodsk, surprises with a traditional Caucasian dance in his video.

Russian policewomen also showed that they are in good shape and participated in the challenge.

Maria Sutormina, an inspector for the juvenile affairs who squats and throws a heavy ball in the video.

Same with Larisa Mukhortova, a police psychologist who prefers to dance in her free time ending the series of videos video in a classy way.
