This is the moment a budding influencer snowboards behind a moving car on an icy city street in Russia before getting pulled over by the cops.
The stunt was filmed in the city of Ryazan in the western Russian region of Ryazan Oblast and the footage was shared on the influencer’s Instagram page on 11th January.
The man, name not disclosed but known as ‘George Yurov’ on his Instagram page, decided to make a video of himself snowboarding along a city street while being pulled behind a car for his 6,000-plus online followers.
In the footage, he is seen putting the snowboard in the boot of the car as a cop pulls up behind him in a patrol car.
In the next scene, apparently filmed minutes before, the influencer is seen snowboarding along a city street while being pulled by his friend behind the wheel of the car.
When the police officer arrived on the scene, the influencer reportedly told him not to worry because “the content is over”.
However, the police reportedly fined the driver for violating transportation rules.
The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs said in a statement: “The driver must face administrative responsibility for violating rules concerning the transportation of people with a fine of RUB 1,000 (GBP 10).
Russian influencers have been in the spotlight recently for a number of bizarre stunts on city streets.
In one such incident, a Russian influencer named Sergey Kosenk drove around the capital Moscow in a Bentley with his girlfriend tied to the roof and handcuffed to him in footage he posted to Instagram on 1st August last year.
And in another, another Russian Instagrammer named Danil Myasnikov taped himself to the side of a Chevrolet Camaro, which was then driven around the streets of the city Sochi at speeds of up to 112 mph in footage posted on 1st September.
