Russian F1 Star Thrown Out Of Mexico City Nightclub After Row With Bouncers

This is the moment Russian F1 star Nikita Mazepin argues with bouncers at a nightclub in Mexico City before apparently being thrown out.

In the footage, several bouncers appear to ask the 22-year-old racing driver to leave the club before he approaches them to argue and then signals to his entourage to move locations.

According to the news site Mundo Deportivo, the 2021 Mexico City Grand Prix took place last week before moving to Sao Paulo, Brazil, this weekend, and Mazepin visited the nightclub in the Mexican capital with drivers George Russell and Alex Albon.

However, the reasons for his alleged ejection from the nightclub are unknown.

The Russian racing driver is often in the news for his off-track antics and he caused a stir at the end of last year when he posted a video of himself touching a woman’s breasts in a car they were travelling in.

A statement from his F1 team said: “Haas F1 Team does not condone the behaviour of Nikita Mazepin in the video recently posted on his social media.

“Additionally, the very fact that the video was posted on social media is also abhorrent to Haas F1 Team.

“The matter is being dealt with internally and no further comment shall be made at this time.”

Mazepin races under a neutral flag representing the Russian Automobile Federation for the 2021 F1 World Championship, his debut year in the competition.
