This is the moment oddball Russian bodybuilder ‘Popeye’ has a huge tattoo of an alien inked across his chest in a clip set to the theme tune from the X-Files.

Kirill Tereshin, 23, dubbed ‘Popeye’ due to his bazooka-like biceps hanging off his otherwise skinny frame which are the botched result of injecting his arms with synthol oil, shared the footage on Instagram for his 280,000 followers.

In the footage, Popeye is seen having a tattoo of an alien and planets inked on his chest and shoulders.

Popeye, who hails from the Russian city of Pyatigorsk, is accompanied by tattoo artist Nikolay.

He said: “Together with Nikolay, we banged the tattoo out in just two sessions. Follow me to see my latest transformations.”

In November last year, Popeye went under the knife to have some rotting flesh removed from his botched biceps.

The synthol injections reportedly caused tissue fibrosis followed by necrosis, seriously affecting his health.

Fortunately for the young Russian, he was able to have much of his rotting muscle and tissue removed.

Following the operation, he told Newsflash that he was feeling much better, adding: “It feels very weird, very unusual. My arm feels lighter. Now I am going through a rehab. Soon we will proceed with the next phase of treatment.”

Popeye recently revealed that he plans to undergo further treatment at the end of March.

Last week, the oddball bodybuilder posted images of him having has his eyebrows waxed and plucked before Botox was injected into his forehead.
