Rescuers Save Dog Trapped Under Metre Of Snow In Kurdistan

This video shows two kindhearted rescuers saving a dog trapped under a metre of thick snow in Kurdistan.

According to local reports, the province of Kurdistan in north-western Iran has seen the heaviest snowfall for 15 years, affecting numerous towns and council services.

Meanwhile, a poor dog was found trapped under a metre (3’3″) of fresh snow and needed to be rescued by kindhearted passersby, who filmed the incident and shared the footage online.

In the clip, at least two men are heard talking as one of them breaks up the thick snow around the animal’s body.

After managing to free the dog’s head, it is heard whining loudly as the two men start to clear the snow trapping its body.

After a while, the rescuers stop for a break and film the dog, now calmer and able to move its head, but with its body apparently still trapped in the snow.
