Record-Breaking Boeing 787 To Travel World To Support Protesters

A Boeing 787 Dreamliner that made a record-breaking 20-hour flight from Seoul to Buenos Aires has been given a fresh coat of paint to show the images of Mahsa Amini and an Iranian footballer sentenced to death when he joined protests.

The plane is owned by Brazilian-Italian pilot, filmmaker and human rights activist Enrique Pineiro and is getting a new look to continue to put pressure on the Iranian government over its record of human rights violations.

The plan includes the images of the football player and the young woman who died after she was arrested by the country’s morality police for not wearing the hijab properly.

It reads: “No woman should be forced to cover her head.”

“No woman should be killed for not wearing the hijab.

“No man should be hanged for saying these things…”

The latter is a reference to football player Amir Nasr-Azadani who was sentenced to death for taking part in the protests.

His family had been warned that if they made a public fuss, he would get the maximum sentence, and when they refused to repeat state propaganda, he was sentenced to death for Moharebeh, which is classified as ‘waging war against God’.

The idea is that the plane, which is used for various humanitarian purposes around the world, including evacuation of refugees from Afghanistan, Iran and other places, will also be spreading the message.

Enrique was quoted as saying: “We fly everywhere with this plane, we go to important airports and we will draw attention to this issue and try to stop this madness.”
