This is the moment a grey-haired Russian mayor appears to repeatedly fondle his young secretary’s genitals during a video conference call with other officials.
Vyacheslav Vlasenko, 59, the mayor of the urban locality of Yuzhno-Kurilsk in the far-eastern Russian region of Sakhalin Oblast, was involved in a video conference call with other officials when he appeared to fondle his 35-year-old secretary Elizaveta Andreeva.
In the footage, the mayor, in the centre-right box, is seen sitting next to a brunette woman in a white blouse.

During the video meeting, he appears to place his hand on his secretary’s lap several times, with her moving it away and nudging his side with her elbow at one point.
According to local media, the meeting lasted around two and a half hours and was shared on the council’s official website so netizens got to see it.
Social media user ‘Bender Bending Rodriguez’ commented: “She most probably has a hand sanitiser down there and he was just disinfecting his hands.”
‘Tatiana’ joked: “Maybe he’s checking whether she has a fever or not?”
Local media said that Vlasenko is married with two children while his secretary has a husband and a young daughter.
It is unclear whether the pair is being investigated over the incident.
Netizen ‘Sergey Osipov’ commented: “Yeah, he fondled her just as a friend, nothing more than that.”
‘Nikolay Burov’ said: “You can totally touch someone’s genitals as a friend. He then probably had sex with her on the table. All friends do this…”
