Rammstein Boss Punches Security Guard

This is the moment the tour manager of rock band Rammstein appears to punch an elderly security guard but later claimed that he only “slightly touched him”.

Reports said that Anar Reiband, who runs his own entertainment services business and is an associate of stars such as Steven Seagal and Nicole Scherzinger, is accused of punching the guard during in the north-western Russian city of Saint Petersburg.

The incident was filmed on a vessel on the city’s Admiralty Embankment and appears to show Reiband, who is said to be Rammstein’s concert manager and close pal of frontman Till Lindemann, hitting an elderly security guard.

According to reports, Reiband, who is originally from Baku in Azerbaijan before moving to Germany when he was 20 years old, was enjoying a night out with friends and a bevy of Russian beauties when he became embroiled in a row with a ship security worker.

In the footage, Reiband, who is reportedly close friends with Lindemann, appears to let his group through the security check before the guard arrives and begins talking with him.

The security worker, identified by his surname Petrenko, allegedly angered Reiband with a comment and the pair appears to exchange strong words.

As Reiband turns to leave, the guard says something and he spins on his heels and punches the official.

Afterwards, the concert boss said he was unaware that he had done anything wrong and that the security guard told him to “f*ck off”, according to reports.

Reiband commented: “I could not accept it, I turned around and physically explained to him that he cannot talk to me like that.”

He added: “I did not beat him up, I turned around and slightly touched him.”

According to reports, Petrenko, who is visually impaired, plans to file a complaint with the police.

It is currently unclear whether the incident is being investigated.
