These shocking images shared online by a Russian mum show the abuse she allegedly suffered at the hands of her husband, who she says started beating her and their children after he began drinking heavily.

Anna Kuzmenko of the city of Krasnoyarsk in the Krasnoyarsk Krai region in Siberia, took to social media on Thursday, 10th February, to post images allegedly showing the beatings she had suffered.

The 34-year-old mum runs a seafood business called ‘Seafarer’ along with her husband Alexei Kuzmenko, whom she said she has been with for seven years and who is the father of her children.

But she said things went downhill after he started drinking heavily. Posting about her ordeal on the official ‘Seafarer’ social media account, which has over 19,000 followers, she claimed her husband was inflicting serious injuries on her after drinking.

She also said that he had hurt the children, who have not been named. One photograph in particular shows the mother pictured apparently covered in blood while holding a young child.

Another image shows a destroyed children’s bunkbed.

Anna claims her husband has become a violent alcoholic, but he claims she was unfaithful to him and he kicked her out of the house.

Anna has filed a complaint with the authorities over the matter. They are reportedly investigating the dad, and the police said they were liaising with social services over the alleged mistreatment of the children.

Anna and Alexei ran the seafood business together, but he has allegedly reregistered it to cut her out of it. Anna claims that she is currently receiving no income from the business and has children to feed.

She has urged patrons to avoid going to Seafarer and to boycott her husband.

The investigation is ongoing.
