This pretty female police officer has been charged with shooting her handsome husband dead at home after they had a row and he decided to leave her.

Cop Magali Hernandez, 32, was arrested and charged with the homicide of her husband Dante Biazetti, 33, who was reportedly shot in the neck outside their home in the town of Plaza Huincul, in the western Argentina province of Neuquen.

Local media report the couple were arguing when the husband left the house with some of his belongings. He then walked back to pick up the rest of his belongings but his wife reportedly did not let him in.

Reports state the pair began arguing and the wife then allegedly shot him from a window, hitting him in his neck and he died at the scene.

Reports state she then waited for the police to arrive and confessed to the cops that she had shot her husband.

Hernandez had reportedly joined the force in 2012 and was a Corporal in the police in the municipality.

The couple had two children together, a seven-year-old boy and two-year-old girl.

The victim’s sister Daniela Biazetti, told reporters: “They had a good relationship until she joined the police.”

She added: “She created problems for every single thing. Every kind of situation started a fight. My brother was ashamed of the situation.

“My brother wanted to separate a long time ago, but she threatened him, she told him that if he left her she would kill the kids. My mum reported her because she threatened her at her home.”

Gabriela Macaya, the prosecutor in charge of the investigation, confirmed to local media that the victim was shot in the neck and the bullet reached his heart, causing his death.
The weapon reportedly belonged to the suspect.

The authorities will reportedly investigate if the suspect had been the victim of domestic violence. Reports state she in a state of shock when she was arrested and had to be sedated and taken to a hospital.

The victim’s sister said the couple’s children are being cared for by their maternal grandparents but she is working with her lawyer to gain custody over them.

She also claimed the suspect had threatened her younger sister. The investigation is ongoing.
