Pretty Businesswoman Found Murdered In Her Car

This pretty businesswoman has been found dead in her car and cops suspect she was strangled with a mobile phone charger.

Local media report the body of Kavitha Nerputh, 41, was found by police patrolling in the Scottsville area of the city of Pietermaritzburg in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa.

Mother-of-three Nerputh ran a business selling For Ever Well Tea, a weigh-loss product, and was reportedly a known figure in the local area.

She reportedly made local headlines in 2017 when she threw her daughter a 100,000-ZAR (5,284-GBP) carnival-themed party on her fourth birthday.

She was later involved in a two-year battle in the courts to stop harassment from a former friend on social media. She won the case in Match 2019 and her friend was ordered to stay away from her. The court also granted her protection order request.

Reports state police officers noticed the woman was motionless inside the car and all the doors were locked. They broke a window to enter the vehicle and found she had a weak pulse so-called paramedics to the scene.

The paramedics reportedly tried to resuscitate her but their attempts were in vain. Reports state investigators believe she had been strangled with a mobile phone cable.

Local media report she may have been strangled by someone who knew her but no suspects have been named.
