This is the moment a prankster is slapped and chucked to the floor by a burly man after he sits on his lap.

The bizarre scene took place in the ‘Cosmos’ shopping centre in the city of Stavropol, Stavropol Krai, south-western Russia when an unnamed prankster sat on two men’s laps.

In the video, posted to the ‘stc_26’ social media group, the prankster can be seen walking up to two men sitting in the shopping centre.

He sits on the two men’s laps, interrupting their conversation and the smaller of the pair gets up. The other burly, bearded man takes offence at the prankster’s joke and slaps him twice in the face.

The pair then chuck the prankster to the floor and the heavyset man launches a wild kick at the joker.

It is unclear what happened after the video cut.

‘sergey_samoilenko’ wrote: “It’s a funny prank. The slap was good, yet it’s sad that he couldn’t hit the pranker’s body, just got into his arm.”

While ‘sergey_shelkovnikov’ wrote: “These pranksters are pissing me off. It is high time!”.

Reports state the Cosmos shopping centre is popular among local pranksters, one of whom reportedly jumped into a fountain.
