In the video, the 25-year-old prankster readies himself on the square as nearby pals are heard chuckling.

Despite their laughs, one pal says “don’t be a moron” as others point out there are children around.

The joker however ignores them and runs at the man in a polar bear costume standing in the middle of the square.

The man in the costume exclaims loudly as he is knocked to the ground and the prankster runs off.

Netizen ‘Katarina Markovic’ said: “This is just sad and pathetic. The guy and his mates in the background are the lowest of the low.”

’Vlatka Hairdresser’ wrote: “Oh my God. At least no one was hurt as a kid could have been injured. I hope the polar bear guy is okay.”
