One of the world’s most popular porn stars Apolonia Lapiedra has revealed that she has quit the adult film industry at the age of 27 because she feels physically “burned out” and has back problems.

She announced her retirement, with the petite 27-year-old brunette from Spain, real name Samantha Sanchez Martinez, revealing that the adult industry left her physically “burned out” and that she is seeing a physical therapist about back and joint issues.
Lapiedra, who appeared in many porn productions in the US, told the Spanish newspaper El Mundo that “many things have burned me out” and that she often encountered “friction with other actresses” who envied her.
However, the sexy Spaniard admitted that “entering porn has been the best decision” in her life so far.
She added: “You could say that 90 percent of my experiences in the industry have been positive.”
Lapiedra, who has over 675 Twitter fans and 615,000 Instagram followers, intends to focus on becoming an online influencer.
She also wants to take part in “conventional cinema projects with Ramiro (her partner and representative) directing”.
Lapiedra also said that she is “very happy” with her decision to leave the adult film industry.
Lebanon-born porn star Mia Khalifa, who left the industry several years ago, recently took to Twitter to announce her return to the industry after a brief stint as a sports commentator.
With the exception of former porn stars Sunny Leone and Sasha Grey, very few adult performers leave the industry and go on to make a name for themselves in mainstream culture.
