POOL PARTY: Parents Create Huge Water Park In Appartment Courtyard

This is the moment Mexican tots enjoy a fun-packed day after residents turned an apartment courtyard into a water park.

The makeshift theme park was set up at an apartment complex in the neighbourhood of Tepito in the borough of Cuauhtemoc located in the Mexican capital Mexico City last weekend.

According to local reports, residents joined forces to assemble their best inflatable pools in the courtyard for children to enjoy a fun-packed weekend.

There were a total of nine portable pools ranging in size where adults and children took the time to cool off from the hot Mexican sun.

One local resident said: “No, you are not in a recreational park, this is our property. All the neighbours came together today. Stronger than blood families.”

Marilu Rico, of the Secretariat of Public Security of Mexico City, shared footage of the ‘water park’ on social media where it has been viewed 42,000 times.

In the clip, different-sized pools are seen assembled on the courtyard as parents keep an eye on their tots frolicking in the water.

Meanwhile, the glorious spring sun shines down on the courtyard as loud music blares and children play with balls and inflatable toys in the water.
