When speaking about the match between Liverpool and Atletico Madrid, Mathias Pogba said: “Prepare yourself. Liverpool are going to destroy (Atletico) Madrid. That is it.”

His comments sparked a debate with panellist Jose Antonio Martin Otin simply known as ‘Peton’ who said: “There are two ways to stop Salah, one way is with help and the other is by pulling his arm” which Pogba simply answered by saying “there is no Ramos there”.

When speaking about the matchups Pogba said: “Lodi is going to stop Salah? My friend Lodi is not going to be able to send a single cross because he is going to be focused on stopping Salah. He is going to be very tired.”

Pogba went on to mention Guinean central midfielder Naby Keita, “my friend from Guinea. You will see how he controls the midfield.”

Despite Pogba’s opinion of Liverpool being the obvious favourites, he said “I do not care” who wins “I am just saying what I think like everyone else here.”
