While another man in a red top, reportedly the attacker’s brother, hits the victim as he is being stabbed, several residents try to intervene but then they back away.

At the end of the clip, the knifeman starts kicking the victim’s body as he lies motionless in a pool of blood.

According to local media, the attacker, identified as 36-year-old S.D., happened across the victim, 47-year-old Ibrahim Kaplan, in the street.

Reports said that Kaplan had been fined by the local authorities for shooting dead the dogs owned by S.D. and his 20-year-old brother O.D. several years ago.

However, when the brothers encountered Kaplan on the street, an argument started.

As the row became more heated, S.D. reportedly took out a knife and stabbed the victim 17 times.

Kaplan was rushed to hospital in a critical condition and despite the doctors’ best efforts, he could not be saved.

Meanwhile, both brothers have been arrested and referred to court, according to local media.
