This is the moment an arrogant penthouse owner launches a tirade against the security guard for daring to challenge one of his guests who parked illegally.

The footage was shot at at Eight Riversuites condominium, which is in Bendemeer, which is a suburb of the town of kallang in Singapore and shows the man boasting he paid SGD 1.5m (GBP 875,000) for his apartment and employing the guard had no right to embarrass his friends.

The man had apparently waded in at around 11 p.m. after guard said the visitor needed to pay SGD 10 (GBP 5.70) for parking

Speaking in English, the man in a light blue top tell the guard that he can “buy your f*cking property for 1.5 million. You know?”

He then continues: “You are putting my visitors in such a position…

“You are telling me that for Diwali (the Hindu festival of lights) that they cannot visit after 11 o’clock? I’ll leave the car here, you do whatever you want to do.

“Call the police, do whatever you want to do. F*ck off!”

The guard were praised meanwhile for keeping their cool, and trying to politely explain that they were simply following the rules and that they would notify the apartment’s management about the resident’s behaviour.

At the end of the video, the man gets into the vehicle that is apparently at the centre of the row, and driving it to a nearby car park.

Local police said that an incident report had been filed.

The Association of Certified Security Agencies (ACSA) President, Robert Weiner, told local media that the organisation strongly criticises the penthouse owner’s actions against the security guard.

He added: “We applaud the professional and calm way that he responded in what was a volatile situation.”

He added that he hoped police would do a proper investigation and would act to ensure those who abuse guard were suitably punished.
