This is the moment a brawl in a doctors’ surgery waiting room leaves a medic with a broken nose after he refused to prescribe a patient the medicine he wanted.
The shocking incident occurred at the Yunus Emre Primary Care Clinic in the Bornova district of Izmir province of Turkey and was captured by CCTV cameras.
In the video, a patient in a red pullover, identified in reports by the initials M.Y., can be seen being held back as he appears to try and attack a doctor in plain clothes named as Nuri Ersoy Yogurtcuoglu.

One woman can be seen holding her head in her hands as the patient continues trying to attack the doctor.
Onlookers from outside hear the commotion and pile in to separate the doctor and the patient.
One man in a white lab coat appears to pile in throwing punches before the situation seemingly calms down.
However, a clip taken from outside shows how M.Y. sprints out of the building and punches one of the men who broke the fight up, named as teacher Ali Turk, in the back of the head.
Turk turns in shock at the attack before another man sends a flying kick into him and tries to punch him.
M.Y. and the gang of thugs then attack another man on the ramp leading into the doctor’s clinic.
Local media report the brawl began because Dr. Yogurtcuoglu had refused to prescribe M.Y. an unspecified medicine.
M.Y., his wife B.K. and their relatives are then said to have begun fighting the doctor.
M.Y., B.K. and two others were arrested and the investigation into the case is ongoing.
Dr. Yogurtcuoglu reportedly suffered a broken nose in the brawl and images show him with a bandage covering his nose as he sits on a hospital bed.
It is unclear if the suspects have been charged.
