This is the moment controversial Russian actor Aleksey Panin – who was once accused of having sex with a dog – appears to tie his young daughter to the radiator after she made a mess in the flat.
Panin, 42, is well known for his provocative behaviour and in the past he has been accused by local media of walking the streets in female underwear, having sex with a dog and kidnapping his own daughter twice.
The actor has claimed that the majority of the stories are part of a smear campaign by his 43-year-old ex-wife Julia Judina.
The couple was involved in a high-profile battle over the custody of their 11-year-old daughter Anna.
Initially, the court awarded full custody to the mother, but in late 2015 Panin reportedly kidnapped Anna.
He was then put on the federal most-wanted list before returning his daughter to his ex-partner. Several days later, he snatched her again, according to reports.
In 2017, the court granted Panin full custody of his young daughter.
In his recent Instagram video, the actor is seen shouting at his daughter as he pushes her through a small flat.
He points at a spot on the floor and yells: “Nyusya (version of Anna), who f*cked up the whole flat?”
He then drags his crying daughter to the radiator and ties her to it.
Panin comments that the girl will be released by her grandmother when she arrives at the flat.
Many netizens believe the video was intentionally staged while others are convinced the controversial actor has finally gone mad.
Netizen ‘Asyabelka86’ said: “What are you doing? I hope you have only done that for PR and nothing else.”
‘Radiomodern’ commented: “His daughter acts quite well.”
An anonymous netizen wrote: “This guy is utterly bonkers!”
