Reports said that the organisers failed to consult the local police and the track was hastily put together with minimal safety measures resulting in several other smaller incidents.
The unnamed 31-year-old man seen being hit in the video has been hospitalised in a serious condition, according to local media.
It is currently unclear whether the authorities are investigating the claims of negligence.
Netizen ‘XeNoN_IoN’ said: “The organisers presumed that everything would be fine without protective fences, a prime example of what sloppiness can lead to.”
‘Andrey Torkay’ commented: “I was there, but I am really not sure whether this man will survive or not.”
‘Joker DC’ wrote: “They used tape instead of protective fences and thought that was enough…”
