An NYPD detective paralyzed after a chase during his service four years ago received a special honour for his heroic act. Detective Dalsh Veve was an honorary flag captain for his everlasting bravery before New York Islanders game Saturday night ( 20 June). According to the New York Police Department ( NYPD) Dalsh Veve who has been serving in the NYPD since 2008 was severely injured after being dragged for several blocks by a teen driving a stolen car in 2017.
