Nigerian Pastor Mocked After He Claims To Have Caught Angel On Camera In His Church And She Is Wearing Louis Vuitton Trainers

A Nigerian pastor has been laughed at on social media after he reportedly claimed that he had caught an “angel” on camera in his church – but eagle-eyed critics spotted that she appeared to be wearing Louis Vuitton trainers.

Pastor Ekuma Uche Philips, who is based in the large port city of Cotonou, on the southern coast of the Benin Republic, reportedly shared these images on his Facebook page claiming that they showed an “angel” in his church.

Netizens reacted with scepticism and widely mocked the pastor after he reportedly claimed that the “angel” had appeared during his church’s crossover service that took place on 1st January at precisely 12:13 am.

The pastor reportedly said: “This is double wonders indeed! An angle (sic) was captured on camera during our crossover night, on Friday 31th December. I have never seen such a thing since l was born. We are in the day of great wonders.”

Netizens mocked the pastor, with many drawing attention to the angel’s shoes, which appear to be sports trainers. ‘Enoch Matale’ said: “An angel wearing an airforce shoe.”

And ‘Dewa De Dewambert’ said: “I love your angel’s sneaker, now I can see fashion got in God’s kingdom.”

And ‘Festus MaduabuChukwu’ said: “Is like the angel is putting on Louis Vuitton sneaker. I didn’t know that Louis Vuitton also owns a company in heaven.”

Cotonou is the economic centre of Benin. It is a port city on the Atlantic coast to the south of the country. Despite being the country’s largest city and the seat of its government, it is not officially the capital, which is Porto-Novo.
