This is the shocking moment a mother tries to hit police officers using her own child as a weapon not once but twice.

The incident filmed by a witness took place in the metropolitan district of Sincan in the province of Ankara in Turkey after a trial where the woman was part of a group clearly unhappy about a case.

She can be seen leaving the building with others including a woman seen destroying court property, who is then tackled by a police officer who slaps her and tries to get her to leave.

But then the unnamed mother holding a toddler in her arms is then seen tries to defend the woman by lifting the child in the air with which she seemingly tries to hit the police officers.

She does the same thing again as police move the group towards the exit. 

It is not known whether any arrests have been made.

Netizen ‘Ahmet’ commented: “The police intervenes because they are harming the public property. This mother who uses her own child as a weapon, does not deserves that child. Do not be surprised if something happens in the future to that child.”

While ‘Adana 01’ added: “The government should take that child under protection after this footage.”
