MP Caught With No Trousers On In Conference Call When His Phone Rings And He Stands Up To Take The Call

This is the moment a Lithuanian Member of Parliament is caught wearing no trousers during a conference call with his peers when his phone rings and he stands up to take the call.

Bronislovas Matelis, a member of the centre-right Homeland Union – Lithuanian Christian Democrats, was caught out during a recent conference call with his peers when his phone suddenly rang and he stood up to take the call, revealing to those involved in the meeting that he was apparently in his underwear.

The politician was taking part in a meeting of the State Management and Municipalities Committee on Wednesday (10th November), according to local media outlet Irytas.

The footage shows that he apparently received a phone call and stood up with his phone to his ear, no doubt to take the call off screen.

But as he stands up, the footage appears to show that he was only wearing underpants and no trousers.

The other people in the conference call appear to notice the incident, with some doing a rather poor job of hiding their smirks behind their hands.

Matelis did not reappear for the rest of the conference call, still according to Irytas.

It is currently unclear if he faces any disciplinary action over the gaffe.
