This is the moment a huge statue of Avengers supervillain Thanos falls on top of a young boy playing with it in a store and leaves him concussed.
The incident was filmed at Mega Center Almaty in the Kazakh city of Almaty and the boy was reportedly left with a concussion.
The lawyer of the boy’s pregnant mother claimed the huge Thanos figure was only fixed to the floor with sticky tape.
The family’s lawyer Bakytzhan Bazarbek said the child suffered concussion and bruises and that they plan to file a lawsuit against the shopping centre for not securing it properly.
He added: “We will prepare the relevant statements to take to court.”
The lawyer also claimed that the Thanos figure weighed 150 kilogrammes (331 lbs).
In the CCTV footage, the youngster is seen taking an interest in the huge statue before apparently tugging at its sword.
The figure then falls back and lands on top of the boy, whose pregnant mother rushes to help lift it off him.
Thanos is a supervillain in American comic books published by Marvel Comics and he also features in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
