The model dubbed the ‘Russian Kate Moss’ – and daughter of former tennis number one Yevgeny Kafelnikov – has been accused of popping out for a manicure and facial when she should have been self-isolating following a glitzy trip around half the globe.

Earlier this month, Alesya Kafelnikova, 21, sparked outrage online when she bragged about jet-setting around half the world during the COVID-19 pandemic.

While citizens faced lockdown in many countries, the ‘Russian Kate Moss’ boasted: “There is very little in this world that can stop me.”

Netizens accused the model and daughter of a national sports hero of behaving like a spoiled child after she jetted out of France into Dubai before then flying to the Maldives this month.

According to local media, after recently returning to her home country where she was supposed to self-isolate for a mandatory two-week period, the model was instead spotted out and about in the Russian capital Moscow.

Kafelnikova reportedly popped out for a manicure and facial treatment instead of only venturing outdoors for essential matters.

She justified her actions by saying: “I can live my life without worrying. If the authorities want to check on me, they will see that my doctor has stopped by.”

The young model also bemoaned that she was not able to jet set off to all the exotic destinations she wanted, mentioning that she was denied a visa for one country but did not reveal which.
