A German transgender influencer has puzzled fans with two similar pictures where she wears women’s underwear in one and men’s underwear with a bulge at the front in the other.

Jessica Delion, 23, from the city of Trier, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, made headlines after appearing in Germany’s version of the British dating reality series ‘Love Island’ last year.

The 23-year-old retail clerk of Polish origin then shocked the media after she came out and showed a picture of her 14-year-old self as a boy before she turned to hormone therapy and underwent a gender reassignment surgery at the age of 18.

At the time, she said: “Me as a guy. I share with you the most intimate of my life. My old me.

“I no longer have anything in common with the boy in the second picture. But he will remain a part of my life. I will never miss him, but I will never forget him either.

“Thank you for supporting me the way I am! Love you.”

But she recently stunned her fans after she posted a set of photos in white lingerie on her Instagram profile, one of which shows her boasting with a large bulge in her briefs.

The influencer, who counts over 41,000 followers on Instagram, wrote: “PICTURE 1 A WOMAN, PICTURE 2 ALSO A WOMAN. Do the shorts suit me?”

The snaps were reportedly intended to support the transgender community and emphasise that a person’s gender identity may differ from their biological sex.

But the post triggered some of Jessica’s fans who felt free enough to share their opinion on her intriguing post.

Instagram user ‘noahrv_prvt’ said: “I’m confused.”

While ‘tim_hxffbauer’ added: “You are so blatantly motivating for many transgender people.”

And ‘englishbtsushi’ joked: “The only thing that bothers me… that you have better underwear than me, but otherwise everything is great.”
