This is the moment a metal door left leaning against a wall in a medical clinic falls on top of a sick four-year-old boy who is crushed under it.
The incident took place at a state medical clinic on Pravdi Avenue in the capital city of Kiev in north-central Ukraine and was recorded on a surveillance camera.
Local media report that the boy, four years old, whose name is not reported, went to the clinic with his mother as he was suffering from the chickenpox.
In the video, the curious boy can be seen walking towards the metal door which appears to be leaning on a wall.
The boy touches the door which then topples over on top of him.
A woman walking with a pram, who has not been identified then sprints into action, running to the scene and trying to lift the door off the youngster.
Local media report he boy ended up with a fractured thigh bone in the incident.
Local police are investigating and reports state it is likely construction workers who reportedly left the metal doors in the halls are the ones to blame for the accident.
And ‘dydushka Lao’ added: “Look, this kid pulled the door on himself.”
While ‘realist’ commented: “This is totally the construction workers’ fault. If something goes wrong, they should cover all the medical expenses. They shouldn’t have left it there.”
