An outraged South African father has claimed that he found a dead frog in his daughter’s McChicken burger.

McDonald’s in the town of Secunda in the South African province of Mpumalanga has been informed of the allegedly contaminated burger and stated that they are investigating the matter.

Bezuidenhout said he purchased the meal at a McDonald’s store in Secunda on 6th May, and sarcastically thanked them for the “not so wonderful surprise”.

He said the incident was like something from a movie and referred to the burger as a “McFroggie”.

He took to Facebook to share images of the allegedly spoiled burger along with the message: “Thank you Secunda McDonald’s for the not so wonderful surprise on my daughter’s meal tonight, 6 May 2022.

“I always thought things like this only happen in the movies, but now it happens to us tonight. Yes, you see right, it’s a McFroggie.”

Bezuidenhout’s Facebook post was shared by nearly 3,000 netizens and attracted over 1,000 comments.

According to the images, Bezuidenhout’s daughter was a few bites into her McChicken burger when she came across the dead frog, apparently stuck in the mayonnaise.
