Police in Brazil are seeking an evil monster who fatally shot a pregnant 15-year-old in the head.

Victim Sara de Oliveira Marias was found dead in a sparsely-populated residential area of the municipality of Paraopeba, Minas Gerais State, on 25th March.

She had a bullet wound to the head and another to the shoulder.

The Military Police say she was six months pregnant.

A witness told how he was parking his car in the early hours of the morning when he saw a couple riding by on a motorcycle.

Then, when they were out of view, he heard shots.

The motorcyclist was then seen leaving the scene alone.

Sara’s body was found that afternoon.

An interviewee told the police that the suspect is married to another woman but Sara was carrying his baby.

He had allegedly been threatening the pregnant teenager in the period leading up to the killing.

The interviewee showed officers screenshots from a conversation he had had with Sara.

The images are reported to show how the suspect threatened to kill Sara if his wife ever found out about their affair.

The police said that in the conversation, Sara also told how the suspect told her to get another man to raise their child.

At the time of reporting, officers were still searching for the suspect, who is believed to have fled Paraopeba.
