This is the ‘psychic’ Diego Maradona’s club Gimnasia Esgrima La Plata have hired to help them avoid being relegated.
The ‘psychic’ – a self-proclaimed parapsychologist – is called Alejandro Morgan and said “Gimnasia has a lot of spiritual damage since the passing of a known supporter of the club”.
He was reportedly hired by the club as they find themselves fighting relegation.

They are 19th in the Argentine Superliga with positions 22nd to 24th being relegated.
The club are fighting relegation with five matches left in the Argentine top-flight as they are level on 16 points with the teams in 20th, 21st and 22nd but are ahead on goal difference.
The 23rd-place CA Patronato have 15 points.
Gimnasia have reportedly hired Morgan to fight off negative energies. When speaking to local newspaper ‘El Dia’ (The Day) he said: “I think Gimnasia has a lot of spiritual damage since the death of a known supporter of the club.
“The person that did the damage has a lot of heavy energies. My opinion is that he did it by entering the pitch one day and then kept working on it from a distance.”
Morgan said he “has a lot of faith that Gimnasia will be saved” referring to their potential relegation to the Argentine second-tier.
He went on to say: “Against Velez, there was another energy, then we drew against Huracan who hit the post twice. I will be going to the pitch on Saturday against Patronato.”
Morgan was referring to Gimnasia’s last two matches in their 0-0 draw with fifth-place CA Velez Sarsfield on Friday 24th January and 1-1 draw with CA Huracan on Saturday 1st February.
Despite Morgan saying “Maradona was right, the pitch was cursed” there have been no reports of the Argentine legend making a statement.
Gimnasia are set to play Patronato tomorrow (Saturday).
