This is the startling moment a heavily bleeding topless man is helped out of a cafe with a knife sticking out of his back after one of his in-laws allegedly stabbed him in a family brawl.

The shocking incident occurred in the Kabansk rural locality in the Kabansky district of the southern Russian region of Buryatia after the unnamed man walked into a local cafe with a knife sticking out of his back on 14th July.

In the video, onlookers can be seen helping the man walk through the cafe and into a car park where an ambulance is waiting.

The knife can be seen sticking out of his upper back which is bleeding heavily and a voice off-camera urges him not to lean on his back.

Local news site Regnum report the victim, 28, had gone to the cafe asking for help and saying one of his in-laws, aged 56, had stabbed him in a family brawl.

The press service of the local police department, cited by Regnum, said: “Police officers established that during a family quarrel, a 56-year-old relative of the man’s female partner stabbed him in the right shoulder.

“After that, the young man went to the nearest cafe, whose employees called an ambulance. The man was hospitalised. Law enforcement began to investigate the incident.”

It is unclear if the alleged perpetrator has been detained, and the victim’s current condition remains unclear.
