Man On Trial For Killing Girlfriend Because She Demanded Too Much Sex From Him, Which Hurt His Member

A man beat his girlfriend to death with a wooden pole after complaining that she was a sex addict who demanded he keep her happy day and night – which he was worried was damaging his member.

Jens S., 35, is accused of killing Jessica S., 32, by beating her to death with a wooden pole in their apartment in the town of Monheim am Rhein in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia on 4th March.

He is currently on trial at the Higher Regional Court of Duesseldorf on a charge of bodily harm resulting in death.

Jens S., 35, at the trial, killed his partner Jessica S., 32, because of a disagreement over how much sex they had and his drinking, in the Monheim am Rhein, Germany, on 4th March. (Newsflash)

The couple had known each other for three years, and, according to the neighbours, there were constant arguments between the couple that would disturb the apartment block in which they lived.

Jens drank a lot of alcohol, whereas Jessica was teetotal. However, although she was not a drinker, he complained that she also had her vices, and constantly demanded sex from him. He complained to the court: “It hurt my genitals”.

On the day of the crime, the couple’s neighbour’s son, aged 40, allegedly got into a row with Jens in which he attacked him following yet another noisy argument with his partner.

The defendant admitted getting into an altercation with the young man, saying: “He rang the doorbell. When I opened it, he hit me on the head with an iron bar.”

An ambulance was called and paramedics treated Jens’ resulting head wound. After the paramedics left, Jens got into another argument – this time with his partner, who was not sympathetic to the fact that he had been attacked.

According to Jens, instead of offering sympathy, she mocked him. He told the court: “She said to me ‘if you didn’t drink so much, it wouldn’t have happened’. I freaked out.”

He then proceeded to beat Jessica in the arms, legs and head with a wooden stick until she lay bleeding on the floor.

He subsequently sent his mother a message on WhatsApp, which was read out by the presiding judge. It read: “I think she’s dead.”

Another passage, apparently revealing the motive for the crime, read: “She coerced me, sexually. From morning to night. But I was in pain.”

The trial is ongoing.
