These photos show a man’s destroyed passport next to the mischievous pooches who tore it to shreds.

Social media user ‘Mark Kevin Garde’ posted the images of his two dogs along with the passport which they destroyed from the city of Cebu, in the Central Philippines’ Central Visayas Region.

In the photos, the cover of Garde’s Philippine passport can be seen intact but another image shows how the interior pages were torn to pieces by the dogs, who can be seen in the background looking up at the camera surrounded by ripped up pages.

Garde posted the images, saying he hopes it “was all a dream” and asking God to turn his “dogs into frogs”.

However, he told local media he could not be angry with his dogs – a brown pooch named Misu who is half a year old, and five-month-old black pooch Lala.

He said he burst into laughter because of how guilty the dogs looked when he caught them with the evidence. The dog owner added that he had kept the passport in an open plastic case on the top of one of his cabinets, with a box of the dogs’ things above the case.

He said he has no idea how the dogs managed to reach up to the passport.
