Man And His Dog Pulled Out Of Frozen Pond

This is the incredible moment deputies in Wisconsin rescue a man and his dog that fell through the ice of a frozen pond.

Racine County Sheriff’s Deputies and Raymond Fire/Rescue carried out the dramatic rescue mission in the Village of Raymond on Sunday, on the afternoon of 5th March.

The man had fallen through the ice while attempting to save his dogs, who had fallen into the pond while chasing geese.

Responders found the man struggling to keep one of his dogs afloat and were able to pull him and the dog to safety using a life safety throw rope.

The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment of hypothermia and lacerations, while his dog, Bo, was taken to a warm vehicle for evaluation.

Both the man and his dogs are expected to make a full recovery.
